This siding job was completed in August, There were a couple of phone messages exchanged between Mr*** and his salesman, ***, in March of this yearThere were not any other calls here to the office until last Friday, September 5, 2014, when he left a voice messageI would have
called him today, after my schedule for the first part of the week was planned, but, after receiving this complaint, I have not called himTo the best of my knowledge Mr*** has not informed us of any problems with the siding work in the last years

That amount doesn't even cover 1/3 of the cost of the repairs by the other contractor. I feel that if you would have addressed this issue in a timely manner we could have both saved money on the cost of the repair. However, since you chose to ignore this problem I had to get it fixed by another contractor. Keystone Builders installed all new siding on my house and should have noticed any other conditions that could have caused this water damage to my house at the time of the siding and gutter installation. Keystone Builders are suppose to be the professionals and I trusted them to inform me of any problems during the siding and gutter install. I feel they should pay for the cost of the repairs because they didn't address the problem in a timely manner. Keystone Builders needs to stand behind their work and craftsmanship.
