Review: I bought a TUMI backpack in this store, and I tried to return it in the next 3 days after found was a small size, and obtain a refund and they claim the store has no returns/no refund policy (that is strange as TUMI products have 30 days free return all the world), any case I understand store has the right to established their policies, but this store never mentioned to you, no in any verbal way, no have any sign about your no return policy, only after you pay they printed in your receipt their policy but only after payment is made.Desired Settlement: If they warm me prior to payment about their policies maybe I didnt bought this product and go to another store where their honor the manufacturer return policy, this is a $500 backpack and this company is well know for their excellent customer service, lifetime warranty and 30 days free returns.

They claim their store has not return policy but never mentioned to customers, no signs, no verbal communications on this.
