This past week I contracted with Dean to replace my roof. It was a very positive and professional experience from my first phone call to payment of a beautifully finished project! As I told Dean, "I am very very impressed." Dean shared so much information about my roof, the products he used, his crew, and even tips on how to improve my insulation. Care was taken to protect my home, yard, neighbor's property, and my personal property during the job. Dean's honesty was evident throughout the project as well, right to the end when my final cost was actually LESS than initially quoted! How often does that happen??

My husband and I needed to re-shingle our house and we talked with several contractors. We had bad experiences with most of them. They would not call us back and some of them even acted like they just were no interested in our project. It was very frustrating! He dropped off several colors and he even asked his wife her opinion to be sure we were picking something that would enhance our house. After [redacted] crew re-roofed our house, he even called that same night to see what we thought of it and if we had any further questions. His communication and follow-up with us was excellent!
