Review: Last year, 2013, I hired [redacted] to perform contracting work on the Condo Unit that I own.[redacted] was paid in full for all the work performed. Yet even now, work remains undone, specifically, the Sealing of my Ceramic-Tiled flooring.I specifically communicated to [redacted] my wish to have this work done by Thanksgiving of 2013. He did not do so.My last communication from [redacted] was a text on 7 JAN 2014, in which he stated: " I'll contact you tomorrow and will pick a date ".Yet despite my repeated attempts to reach [redacted] in the 2.5 months since, I have not heard from him.Desired Settlement: At this point, I wish to be reimbursed in the amount that is equal in value to the unfinished, and the inconvenience to myself. I place this refund amount at $400.00, in the form of Money Order/Certified Check.[redacted]
