These guys are fast, affordable, and professionalWe are very pleased with the services they providedThey stand by their work and I highly recommend them to anyone with heating and cooling needs

I was the person that *** spoke with in November (times) I did tell him that we were extremely shorthanded due to the Thanksgiving holiday, to turn his electric baseboard on, and to try powering the unit off and restarting I did not hear from him again until Sunday evening (April
30th) when he left a message on my cell phone I was not in the office early the following week as I am still recovering from shoulder surgery He had also left a message at our office I told the person at the office that I would take care of it later in the week when I came in I called *** on Friday (May 5th), which is the same day that he submitted this to the Revdex.com We set up an appointment for Monday, May 8th My service tech found that the system was functioning correctly, but may not have been operated right He went over the operation of the unit with Verle I have not heard from him since that time and assume the unit is operating correctly

Mitsubishi is the company that has the year warranty, therefore the paperwork comes directly from themYou should have received this in your email that you provided us (***@msn.com)I have personally made the calls to get the warranty install date changed, so it is the full year warranty, because we are a diamond contractor, rather than 5, or year warrantyIt was attached to the last reply, but I have attached it againNote that the date of 5/8/was used(when the techs were last at the home)Please print and keep in your records. This should wrap everything up for Mr*** at this point We have apologized for the inconvenience numerous times and hope that if there are any further issues, Mr*** will contact us directly

Last year we had Deans install a heating ac unit in an addition we had built on to the houseThey installed a Mitsubishi split head ac / heating unit in late august .Once we finished the addition and got the go ahead to use the rooms we moved two of my grandchildren in The weather was warm but not hot enough to run the ac It seemed to work at the time it was installed When the weather turned cold we turned the heat side on and it failed to work this was in novI contacted Deans and stated it was not working the owner said they would get someone out to look at it meanwhile to use my baseboard heat I had put in as backup till they got thereTwo weeks later I again called to see why they had not been out , he said he was short handed due to thanksgiving but would be out right after Deccame no one came out called again this time the owner said they where swamped with no heat calls and would be out asapCalled at christmas no one came outJancalled and he said he had

I am rejecting this response because:
I have yet to receive the full warranty in writing as we agreed on loren stated to me that I had a full yr warranty and that it would be brought out with the techs that came to the house, this is simple just get me in writing the full year warranty that he promised me
