repaired, an inspection, one tire was not holdling air, and my car shook when the brakes were appliedI picked up my carA brake sensor light is on and the business charged for a front end alignment; however, my car still pulls to the leftI called the business and expressed my concerns and also posted a review on YelpOne of my concerns is that the repairs that I paid for this time are the same repairs this shop did years ago(I only drive my car approximately miles per day)I was told initially by Greg M that they would do the alignment, but bill me another $I already paid this shop $this weekAdditionally, he told me that they had done "preventative maintenance" on my vehicleLater that day, the owner, Clint, advised me that he knew I posted a negative review on Yelp and he refused to allow me to bring my car in to correct the alignment problemI told Greg M and Clint that they are aware that when you replace tires, which they did, and the alignment is not properly done, and it is not, I will have the same problems againIt seems that this shop does maintenance that will, if not checked, cause more problems for the car owner(I have spent $in years at this shopFor instance My brakes and ball joints, and tires were replaced by this business years ago(they did the same repairs this time).TranslateDesired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:Billing AdjustmentselectDesired Outcome:I'm requesting an explanation of all labor charges I have been billed in the last years, that this business credit me for all repairs that did not relate to the problems for which I took my car inAlso, I need an explanation of why my ball joints, tires, and brakes needed to be repaired again if the work this shop did was done correctly years ago(just as happened last time), even though I was billed for an alignment, my car is not aligned which will cause the same problems to recur

I am rejecting this response because: I called the business in August because I was experiencing the same problems(car shaking when I applied the brakes; car was pulling to the left; those repairs would have been under warranty.) After stalling for 5-months, the shop finally agreed to look at my car in Janurary, 2018. I have only driven my car 15,miles since the repairs were done in and 2016. Brakes should last much longer than that as well as tires. The reason the same repairs had to be re done is because the car was not alligned properly. I took my car to another shop days after this last repair, and the tie rods need to be replaced, That shop did a vehicle safety inspection and says the car is unsafe and refused to do the alignment because it would only be a waste of money without the tie rods and suspension repairs. Napa billed me for an alignment that was not done or was done improperly. Additionally, the billed me for brake work that would have been covered under warranty if they had repaired my car when I initially contacted them in August ( after spending $at Napa, my car passed inspection there; however, another shop deemed it unsafe without the tie rod replacement and suspension repairNapa, to date, has not explained the $labor charge, either. They never told me about a $diagnosis charge. I did not receive a credit for those charges. I received a $discount because the repairs exceeded $750(a standard coupon that Napa offers). Additionally, I was told not to come back to the shop because I posted a negative review on YELP. The shop to which I took my car after Napa did a diagnostic and agreed that my rotors need to be replaced. Napa billed me $for rotors matching HUB; I have no idea what that is since the rotors, per Napa, are warped.
