Review: In August of 2011 we had our sidewalk and stoop replaced by De Angelis. In October of that year we called them to say that the falling leaves had very badly stained the concrete. [redacted], told us that the concrete had not been sealed and that he would come back in spring to power wash and seal the concrete. After about eight reminder phone calls - during each one he said he would send someone out within a few days to take care of the matter - HE STILL HAS NOT DONE SO! The last phone call was October 26, 2012.Desired Settlement: Perform the promised work.

He promised to clean and seal because it was nor sealed originally. He is the one who suggested pressure washing and then sealing after our walk was stained. He can clean it anyway he wants.

if he doesn't want to pressure wash it.
