Review: Last July (2013) I purchased a $4600.00 central air conditioning unit and had it installed. I have been trying unsuccessfully for 10 months to obtain the warranty paperwork for the unit. I repeatedly call and am told they are backed up, or it takes 8 weeks to issue, or it will be in the mail shortly. The excuses vary. This was an expensive purchase and I would like to keep the warranty information on file for future reference. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
