On 10/26/I took my usual hour lunch at noon and decided to go to Deano's SouthI ordered a pizza and a appetizer which totaled about $I decided to take lunch back to work and on my way back I checked my pizza and discovered a hair(not mines) baked into the pizzaI immediately went back to the restaurant to show this and two servers saw the pizza who agreed with meThe manager or bartender comes out and states "you look familiar", "I don't believe in coincidences'" to this happening a second timeOn average I visit Deano's South about times per month averaging about $per visitOn one occasion my co-worker and I visited the location and ordered food for both parties, we then headed back to work and again I discovered a long hair in the pizza while consuming itInstantly it made me sick and we called them to let them knowA credit was given under my coworkers name because the order was placed in her name and not minesSince that point I have eaten there several times and have paid full price for my food each timeHe then stated to me that I "have a beard", basically intuiting that I placed the hair into the pizza that was bakedEnding the dialogue he stated he could make me another pizza but will not be refunding any money for the inconvenience because he placed me with my coworker who was not with me or even works with meThis was two different situations
