I am sorry for the billing error, the amount that you payed was a estimate and sometime there are billing errors which cause additional money owed or additional money back. 
I am willing to write off the interest to date and the balance due would be $29.00.

I have read the response and do not agree we owe the balance stated. The form we signed before services were performed was not included, just billing information. I would like to know if we legally owe this money when we were contacted 2 days later with another charge. Services were performed and we paid in full before leaving.
