I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I bought a car from them less than 4 months ago. The same day I bought the car a check engine light came on and the ac was not working. I immediately returned the car to them the next day. I was told by Rob the service manager that it was a misfire. that it was fixed and the light was no longer on. I took the car back and continued to make the payments. 4 months into owning the car it blows a piston through the engine and caught on fire. I had the car towed back to them at my own expense. The next day I was told by Rob that a misfire caused the piston to spin loose and that it would need a new engine. Which would cost me around $2,000. So the same issue in which I had to return the car that I was told was fixed when the car was under warranty ended up causing the engine to blow catch on fire and nearly cost me my life. now I'm expected to pay the full amount and continue to make payments on the car. I told them that I did not want to them fix it and to park it outside so I could have it towed else where. Well, they were not happy about that. And refused to park the car outside per my request. I have not defaulted on my payment a single time. I had to contact the police who told me to call them today and tell that if they don't have it parked outside when I ask them to then to file a police report and report the car stolen and the police will take over from there. It's the worst car buying experience I've ever gone through. The office manager Mary is very rude also. She will hang up the phone on you constantly when you call up there to dispute anything. I mentioned hiring a lawyer and then Mary said she legally couldn't talk to me anymore because of that. Which is her way of not having talking to me. Because of course the only person who can't talk to you after mentioning a lawyer would be a police officer or another attorney. I warn anyone reading this to stay as far away from this place as you can. I've tried to contact the owner but was told by Mary that this no owner and she doesn't have a boss and that she is the only person I can talk to. She is simply an office manager. She answers the phones. Please stay away from this place so you don't go through what I had to.
