Dean's Granite

The independent granite sales rep will not release the granite to me that is listed on the invoice as "paid in full" and "ready for pick up at any time." The independent granite sales rep's voicemail first only said his first name on it to leave the message. Then when he new I was digging in on what company he works for he changed his voice mail to the company name listed on the invoice. When I sent him a text that the company he listed on the invoice didn't know him he changed his voicemail to a different company name, but similar to what was on the invoice. His email address on the invoice was undeliverable. He didn't reply back to my texts calling him out on these things. He finally answered and he said the new girl he hired had a template and accidentally copied the name of the company on the invoice when she created it. He said he worked with a number of different vendors to buy granite and I asked him who and he said he couldn't release that information because my general contractor put a hold or stop on the granite. I asked to pick up the granite that was ready and he said I can't because my general contractor put the hold or stop on it. He said he's been friends with my general contractor for years and will try and get a hold of him to get this resolved but is not answering my calls or texts. I would just like the granite that I'm owed unless this is a fraudulent invoice and a person who is impersonating an independent granite sales rep.
