Deans Muffler and Exhausted

Review: Deans Muffler had my S.U.V. for 3-months. July 10th. to Oct. 16th. I paid him $2,000.00 cash to fix my car. Mr. Dean bought my S.U.V. 2001 forester to me on Oct. 16th. 2013, and parked it in my driveway and said, " goodby." On Oct. 17th. I drove my S.U.V. there were ramblings sounds, the brakes were not working correctly and I had a hard time stopping the car. I was afraid and scared to continue to drive the car that day. On Oct. 18th. 2013 I took my S.U.V.I to another mechanic. I was told and showed that the right wheel was very loose and could roll off and my brakes are not working properly. I paid $400.00 cash to the second mechanic and I have a receipt.I believe Mr. Dean is responsible for giving me my car back in a bad condition that may have taken my life. I want the $400. 00 back that I paid the second mechanic. 24 hours after receiving my car back from Mr. Dean's Muffler owner of business. Mr. Dean told me that everything was fine, and my car was running great before he drop it off in my driveway.Desired Settlement: I would like $1,034.00 back for frustration, aggravation,mi-trust, and being lied to and I could have lost my life, and the 60 days of waiting too get my car back. I paid $317.00 month for two month to [redacted] Insurance Company. for insurance on a car I was not driving. Mr. Dean would say, next week your car will be ready. this went on for two months.$634.00 for two months of car insurance and $400.00 I paid the second mechanic i24hours after receiving my car from Mr. Dean's Muffler and Exhaust.
