Review: Hired to replace pool liner. Price given by installer at $530.00. Installer stood me up twice and when he finally showed up wanted $1000 to do the job. Nothing was different about the job from what he agreed to originally. Spoke to head of [redacted] and he said they didn't run the [redacted] store.Desired Settlement: Send someone to finish job at agreed rate. They should also be sited for fraudulent business practices.

Review: On or about June [redacted] I ordered an aboveground pool from the vendor. It was delivered on Monday July [redacted], almost 6 weeks later, with only two hours’ notice. On July [redacted], as the contractor prepared to install the pool I noticed it was not the color I ordered. I had ordered a blue pool, they delivered a beige pool. I immediately called the vendor to inform them of the discrepancy. They told me the beige pool was what I ordered not a blue pool. I looked at my receipt and I could not identify the specific color on it. I felt at that point that I had no recourse and allowed the pool to be installed.

However, at the end of the day, during clean up I noticed one of the boxes had a CASTAWAY label on it. My receipt stated I ordered a YORKSHIRE pool. On Monday July [redacted] I called the manufacturer directly and they informed me that although the two pools were the same model, the CASTAWAY was a beige pool and the YORKSHIRE was a blue pool.

I again called the vendor and told them the information I received from the manufacturer. At that point they admitted their mistake and agreed to take the pool back and refund my money. I also demanded they reimburse me the $1,300.00 fee I paid to have the pool installed, which they refused.

They delivered a product I did not order and originally denied it. Only after I informed them that I called the manufacturer did they admit their mistake. But they have not rectified the problem.

Please help.Desired Settlement: I believe they should provide me with the product I ordered, the blue YORKSHIRE pool that I paid for and is on my receipt. I also believe they should pay for the reinstall of the new pool.
