We paid Mr*** a deposit on 5/28/for work to be done on 5/31/ When he did not return on 5/31/to do the work we called him and were told his machine had broken down and was being repaired, we agreed to reschedule for 6/2/On 6/2/again he did not show up Since then we have placed multiple phone calls and have been promised our deposit would be returned and to this date of 6/22/it has not been returned
