I found this business through the Yellow Pages. My roof needed repair because there was a leak.Mr [redacted] came over and gave me a fairly low quote for installing a new roof with insulation ($2,000.00). I gave him a downpayment of $1,000.00.Once he started he told me that the work was harder than expected and needed to charge me more. He did this twice for a total of $2,600.00 in down payments. He ripped the roof off and then disappeared for some time, (he said he wouldn't come because it was forecasted to rain but we had no rain for many days) after many calls he came back to start installing the roof. He disappeared again. We called another roofer and he found out that the rotten wood he charged me to change was not replaced, he did not add the insulation he charged me for and was doing a horrible job with adding the rubber membrane on the roof (nails where sticking out and he was gluing it directly on the wood structure). I called him to confront him about this and how he was committing a scam. I asked him for my money back, he then disappeared. The address he gave me for his business is fake (I drove to it). He also stole my ladder as I later noticed. I called to ask him to drop it off but never heard back from him. I'm not sure if I even want this person back around, he has a [redacted] which is not surprising: [redacted]Desired SettlementWe had to get a real roofer to come replace the roof.We would like to have our money back (a total of $2,600.00)Thanks

This company start the job, gets your money, steal from their customer, and then disappear.[redacted] came to my house wrote a proposal and didnt come back for about a week. Then wrote another proposal.This time he wanted a $2000.He came back after I paid him and after asking for a receipt he could not present one. He brought the supplies to my home to start the job but never finished. He stole my light fixtures and after destroying my roof the rain destroyed some personal item that I owned. I would not recommend him to anyone I know.Desired SettlementA refund or completion of the job would be just.
