Review: December 2, 2013 I had New gutters installed by [redacted]s Seamless Gutters . He was paid in full the date of installation.I contacted [redacted] December 5 to express my concern regarding:1- Safety issues as the new gutters were shorter than the previous gutters, the shingles extended beyond the gutters and dripped onto the deck, railing, stairs and walkway resulting in ICE patches. This is extremely unsafe, as I had slipped. The drip on the banister results in ice and damage to the wood as well as icing the stairs. I am concerned for my safety, guests and pets. He stated he would be able to come in 2 weeks, I asked if he would call to confirm this next week and he agreed to call me.2- Shingles were displaced in several areas with nails showing in areas.3-Gutters too short on every end point with gaps between house and gutters with displaced shingles with visible nails showing.And too short in another area with underlayment visible.I am concerned as this compromises my roofs integrity with Potential water damage and roof damage. I live in an area with temps ranging low teens and snow in the winter to triple digits during the summer.December 13, 2013 Tel call as he never contacted me. He asked again what this was regarding. I again explained. He said he was busy and would contact meDecember 20,2013 Tel call no personal contact. I left a message on his voicemail requesting the courtesy of a return call to schedule to resolve issues.December 24, 2013 Tel - Voicemail message December 31,2013 Tel. voicemail message.NO Calls were ever returned.I decided to refrain from calling and wait for a return call.He had assured me that he guaranteed his work. I feel that 6 weeks without communication is unacceptable. I am not satisfied with this installation nor the poor communication.When initially meeting for an estimate, [redacted] did not bring any color charts. He said when he was able to schedule the installation he would contact me. I told him that I would inform him of my December 2, 2013 I hDesired Settlement: A full refund or Total Replacement with No additional charges.I have invested time and energy in my attempts to contact the contractor.I am concerned regarding the safety of myself and others during the various seasons( snow melt,heat, etc.) and the the negative consequences the installation has on roof and house.I want to have "new gutters" that are functional and properly installed.Thank you for your assistance.

This is [redacted] with [redacted]'s Seamless Gutters. I would like to inform you that I met with [redacted] on February 3, 2014 and I was able to deal with her concerns on the gutter. She said if there was any more problems after the next rain she would give me a call. I have not received any calls to date so I am assuming she is okay with the follow up work that was completed.

I did contact Deans seamless gutters on February 17th 2014 to report a leak in the seam after the repair, as well as a continued leak onto the deck.
