I ordered a cake for my wedding which was canceled due to covid. I reached out via email and phone multiple times during the process of postponing my wedding and eventually canceling the event. I never heard anything from Marianne Fragosa who I assume is the owner. Once my event was cancelled I asked about a refund. No response. I have emailed multiple times. No response. They have posted on Instagram so I'm not sure what is going on.

Refund I paid $100 for a wedding cake. I would like a refund as i never received a cake or even an email about what they can do to resolve this.
Good morning, sorry to hear this. I investigated the issue and effectively a $100 refund was made via Venmo App. Attached the receipt for the transaction. Our policy on the quote clearly states that we don't refund any deposit received, however due to COVID-19 we made an exemption and we returned the money to Miss ***.

Thank you. I was given a refund July 28 after filing a dispute with the Revdex.com. There was no contract in place so there is no proof stating they do not give refunds but I'm not going to sit here in argue with a grown adult. I received a refund and hope they learned to communicate better with their clients. 71 days is way to long to wait for a response pandemic or not. Everyone was effected by this pandemic.
