DEARMINS EQUIPMENT RENTALS We bill all of our reservations at time of requestMr [redacted] was scheduled for a machine on Saturday8-20-He made his reservation that Thursday and was informed that it should be available for Saturdaybut was currently on another jobThe contractor currently using the machine at the time did not return it onits scheduled date leaving us without the machine Mr [redacted] requestedWe attempted to call him at7:45am and 8:30am Saturday morning to inform him of the shortage and see if there was any otherequipment that would work for him with no answerHe called the store at 11:using profanity and makingthreatsAt that point we informed him we would not bring him a machine and would refund his credit card.He then drove to the store continuing to shout profanities and was told his money was already returned onour end of the credit card processingHe then showed up Monday morning again using profanity anddemanding his money which we told him was now up to his bank as to when it would show on his account.We have no control over equipment not being available when scheduled as any renter is able to keepequipment on rent until their job is finishedWe are not liable for any loss of production or labor that is aresult of a reservation being unable to be metWe make every effort to work with our customers to find asolutionBut will not tolerate irate behavior to any of our employees Dearmins Equipment Rentals
