First thing, I do not recall any discussion of a quote from *** * ***I checked my
files and found that we did in fact work on a Pontiac Aztec, for Ms***s daughter, ***That transaction took place on February 25, *** worked for me for a short timeI don't remember exactly What was discussed but I can assure you that we only did the work that is indicated on the work orders dated February 25, and March 29, (copies enclosed)
On the 25" of February we installed front disc brake pads and rear wheel cylindersWe did machine the front rotorsAt no time did we indicate in conversation or in print that we were going to do a complete overhaul of her brake systemThe best that I can remember, the repairs were limited apparently for financial reasonsA little over a month later we replaced the front brake pads under warranty and I also gave *** two front brake rotorsThe undercarriage of the vehicle was totally rusted outThat was the reason it needed rear drums on March 29, I suspect that the front calipers are sticking and wearing out the brake padsIt has been over six months since we last worked on Ms***s automobileMsEarly did not pay for a complete overhaul of her brake systemI feel that Ms***s complaint is baseless and does not warrant any further attention on my partI'm grateful for the Revdex.com, a sounding board for both partiesSEE ATTACHMENT FOR ORIGINAL RESPONSE DOCUMENT
