I went in for a teeth cleaning and was told and given a print out of what our insurance should pay and what we would payWe paid our part and then later was billed $for what the insurance "wouldn't pay"This was for cleanings and came to around $total Had we known up front that the insurance wouldn't pay then we would not have had to work doneI feel gyped and lied toJust sayingWill not go backI was also told to come in for a "consiltation" for a tooth fix, and when I went in, was charged an addl $for itwhat?!

I went in for a teeth cleaning and was told and given a print out of what our insurance should pay and what we would pay. We paid our part and then later was billed $688 for what the insurance "wouldn't pay". This was for 3 cleanings and came to around $900 total. Had we known up front that the insurance wouldn't pay then we would not have had to work done. I feel gyped and lied to. Just saying. Will not go back. I was also told to come in for a "consiltation" for a tooth fix, and when I went in, was charged an addl $78 for it. what?!
