This morning, 2/24/2016, twice I interacted with the front desk manager, whose demeanor was rude, short, and made me feel as though I was putting him out of his way [redacted] is not the right person for Front Desk Manager, his short attention span, no patience, and has the audacity to make customers feel like they are putting him out for two simple requests1) Had my package arrived, and 2) Would you mind confirming that my payment is applied properly to my billThese are requests, that customers will ask on a daily basis***' demeanor and attitude, sets the tone for all the other staff in the front desk areaI witnessed him acting rude to multiple guests, not just me, and then directly after I witnessed the Front Desk Customer Care person become brisk with the same client***' tone has not only left an extremely bad impression, but I am considering switching hotels all togetherWhen I got to my room, there was no bedspread or comforterWhen I called the front desk, he said he would have an attendant run one up to my roomThat was two hours agoWhen I called back to inquire about the spread, he breathed [redacted] the phone and said he would take care of itThat was one hour agoHire people who love their job, and pay them wellBecause [redacted] is NOT that person
