Hello ***,
I had spoken to our eComm team last week and was told that a pre-paid shipping label was initiated for you last Wednesday to return the unwanted order. You should have received it by now.
I also inquired about cancelling an on-line order was told
that once an order is placed, it is put in the queue to be processed for shipping to ensure that it is sent as soon as possible. Our Ecomm team will research to see if there is anything that can be done systemically to cancel an order that has been placed on-line.

I have not received one email from this lady, or any from the company. And if you never received the initial complaint at your "headquarters" then maybe you should train your staff better. And just FYI, I will not answer at 5 o'clock in the morning to a sales call, some people still do sleep just because you are making calls. Maybe you should check time changes before you start calling and waking everyone up, and your number is blocked when you call also, you may need to fix that also.
I would like a refund. I have already sent the shirt back, but again, I haven't received anything and it was delivered last week. This company has crappy customer servce all around, just give me my refund and I will be on my way. And please do not call me again.Regards,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
As I stated in my complaint the money is not my top concern.  My bank cancelled and cut up my debit card, and the charge has now dropped off.  If this is the type of employees Deb Shops wants to represent them then I guarantee I will never shop at any location again.  It absolutely disgusts me that this is found to be acceptable.   We were in the store around 5:00 pm the first time and 7:15 pm the second time.
