We had the very worst experience ever with Henderson KiaWe were told things, and then was presented with a fast talker that would not listen to what we wanted or could affordThe salesman and the loan person convinced us to do a leaseWe kept saying no and that we would prefer a less expensive carThe salesman would not even show us another carWe should have walked out but my husband had made a mistake and purchased a car there without meThe general manager told me we could trade the car in for the same we paid for itWhen the transaction was concluded and without us really going over every detail while trusting these people, we ended up with a lease and paying 2x the original price of the carI was asked to drive miles to have the car clear coatedGot there and was told it has already been doneWhile there I asked to have a scratch removedI heard the body man tell the salesman cost $100, cashThe salesman then tells me that it will be $car and he would the bank

Ok, I think they was misunderstanding meThey talked with some parents, not with someone who was working in here and also we refunded the money to themWe do not make it a hard time to make paymentsIt was during the classes probably and the parents couldn't hear me well so I used my voice up
