In November of [redacted] fraudulently represented herself as someone buying a puppyI did not have her send the deposit right away because this little girl was tinyWhen the puppy was weeks old and doing well I had go ahead and send the depositFrom that point she got very nasty that she had to pay moneyI told her the puppy would not be ready until or weeksI continuously sent her pictures when she wanted themWhich was very oftenMore than I have ever sent beforeShe knew when she would be readyAll of a sudden after holding this puppy for weeks she send me a message and does not have the money for the depositshe had been given the website address previously and had read the contract as everyone I sell a puppy to doesI told her I would transfer her deposit to another littler which I never do and is in my contract that I don'tThat way she wouldn't lose her moneyI have bent over backwards for herWe have raised Shih Tzu puppies for years and I never have had anyone like her beforeShe never then nor does she now have the money to buy a puppyShe never didShe has continuously harassed me by messages and phone until we had decided to keep track of everything ad contacted the PoliceAll hours of the day and nightEnclosed are emails where I have from another litter and sent her picsI told her I would let her know when I have tiny puppies due but do not have any at this timeShe was okay with thatThen she started again wanting her deposit back because she does not have funds to payI trusted her to be someone I was selling a puppy to that had funds to pay for said puppyShe is not losing her but applying to another litterShe said she didn't know my website address but the information for this complaint came from information on my websiteAlso enclosed is my contract.Thank you,Debra Lawrence
