I was required to pay $81.00 over what I should have been required to pay due to a stipulation called (uninsured motorist). State farm insurance said that certain paperwork was mailed and emailed to me. Unfortunately, I didn't received this information whatsoever.

Thank you for the opportunity to reply to your correspondence dated May 21, 2020. While I cannot share specific details in this public response, I contacted the complainant on May 26, 2020, to address his concerns. We will continue to work with the complainant to reach a satisfactory resolution.

*** agent did not try to reach a satisfactory resolution whatsoever. All they said from the beginning is that they sent me the documents that I was supposed to sign to refuse the extra charge but I never did. I told them I never got the email. Im still waiting for the resolution of this issue
