In November of 2016 [redacted] fraudulently represented herself as someone buying a puppy. I did not have her send the deposit right away because this little girl was tiny. When the puppy was 7 weeks old and doing well I had go ahead and send the 300.00 deposit. From that point she got very nasty...

that she had to pay money. I told her the puppy would not be ready until 9 or 10 weeks. I continuously sent her pictures when she wanted them. Which was very often. More than I have ever sent before. She knew when she would be ready. All of a sudden after holding this puppy for 10 weeks she send me a message and does not have the money for the deposit. she had been given the website address previously and had read the contract as everyone I sell a puppy to does. I told her I would transfer her deposit to another littler which I never do and is in my contract that I don't. That way she wouldn't lose her money. I have bent over backwards for her. We have raised Shih Tzu puppies for 26 years and I never have had  anyone like her before. She never then nor does she now have the money to buy a puppy. She never did. She has continuously harassed me by messages and phone until we had decided to keep track of everything ad contacted the Police. All hours of the day and night. Enclosed are emails where I have from another litter and sent her pics. I told her I would let her know when I have tiny puppies due but do not have any at this time. She was okay with that. Then she started again wanting her deposit back because she does not have funds to pay. I trusted her to be someone I was selling a puppy to that had funds to pay for said puppy. She is not losing her 300.00 but applying to another litter. She said she didn't know my website address but the information for this complaint came from information on my website.
