At no point during the conversation that I had with *** did she tell me that I had to have to the cleaning the day that the crew was running late nor did she inform me of the 24hr windowFurthermore, she proceeded to make my appointment as if everything is fineShe did not inform me that this would be a new clean or that I had to payShe just told me that it wouldn't be a problem seeing how the crew was running so lateThis in itself is very misleading! And the main reason my I am persuing this complaintHad any of this information was given to me I would not have been so upset or offendedI really felt cheated of the services that I paid for but didn't get done right. Again, I am not understanding how failure on your employee's lack of communication or lack of policy knowledge my issueI paid for a service and the expectation is that the service gets doneI have emails with picture attachment to *** sent the following Monday after the service was doneIt's not as if I made a mess and are asking you all to clean my mess againThe mess was never cleaned correctly the first time.This speaks volumes about a company's work ethics and customer serviceI am truly disappointed in the response that I recievedThere was no accountability taken on behalf of the company.

The real problem is the work performed was not worthy of the cost of $for "deep cleaning" that was sub-standard in many waysRevive was over paid for the work performed

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me Yes, the amount was fully refunded after much effort.I am not a competitor I am just a concerned consumer who was not satisfied with the service. When you book and pay for a service in advance over the ***phone it is always a bit unsettling when the service is not completed.Obviously your business does not hold itself to high service standards

As the customer stated the home was very dirty and the crew said it would've took them hours to do the job and this customer paid for up to hours The crew did say the home was trashed and originally the customer asked us about picking up and hauling trash as a part of her service
request When we quoted her for that service, she said she would do it herself Nevertheless the crew did leave because of the condition of the home and we did offer to send another crew back outThe customer declined and requested a refund which we gave immediately in fullTechnically , we have a hour satisfaction guarantee on our services , which means if for some reason a customer is unhappy with the service we come back out and fix it at no extra cost We usually don't do full refunds especially if we can resolve or fix the issueEven last minute cancelations are subject to half of the service chargeThis customer paid nothing and was fully refunded even though she declined to let us resolve the service issue

This is the first we heard about this The customer had not reached out to us to resolveWe have a hour satisfaction guarantee on all our services which means if the customer lets us know we come back out and fix the problem at no additional cost

again, if the work was unsatifactory, why did the customer solicit our workers who cleaned there home to wor for them on there own outside of our company? the work was good enough for them to pay them directly but not good enough to pay or company?

We were scheduled to return to touch up some areas the customer was unhappy withEven though before our team left the customer said everything was fine...The crew was running behind that day and when we informed the customer she canceled the serviceThe customer then wanted to reschedule the redo
a week after the initial cleaningOur policy is to return to the home within hours if the customer is unhappy which we attempted to do , and we do admit the crew was running late for this , but nevertheless the service still could have been completed but the customer declined

This customer was fully refundWe don't know why she wrote this complaint nor know why she would say this was a scamThis may be a competitor

We will reach out to the customer and reschedule the cleaning

Sent: Monday, August 03, 5:PM To: drteam Subject: ID # This issue has NOT been resolved with the owner of Revive Cleaning Since making the complaint with the Revdex.com I have made a complaint with my credit card company which issued a temporary refund to my account, still giving Revive the opportunity for a rebuttal I have not heard from anyone at Revive Cleaning Services since my last message through the Revdex.com I encourage the Revdex.com to question this company and encourage them to employ better business practices, I have read other reviews from customers experiencing my same issues, this doesn't seem to be a "one time thing" or a miscommunication Thank you, *** ***

The customer declined our offer, and has since went through there credit card company and got all the money back I don't know what else they want us to do since they have already received the money back and that's what they were requesting

I am responding to the complaint submitted to the Central Indiana Revdex.com by *** *** recently forwarded to Rush Truck Center, Indianapolis ("Rush")I note that Mr***'s complaint does not provide specifics in connection with his complaints and does not provide any basis
for the damages claimedHowever, I have looked into Rush's sale history of Mr***'s Peterbilt truck and the *** *** Warranty.System Built Structures, Incthrough *** *** purchased the Peterbilt used truck from Rush - Indianapolis on February 12, At that time, the truck had 360,milesMr*** signed the Retail Sales Order which clearly states that Rush is not making any representations or warranties regarding the truckThe Retail Sales Order further states clearlythat the used truck was sold "AS IS." These concepts are well-known to consumers andparticularly to purchasers of commercial vehiclesMr*** knew, and acknowledged by his signature on the Retail Sales Order, that he was purchasing a used truck "as is." we did not do any work but that's not the case here Inadequate work we could have fixed or given a partial refund but the customer declined
