Orders are processed in to hours from our receipt (not including weekends and holidays)When an order is placed, the customer received an email automatically generated from the website indicating the order was placed and received by usOrders are then filled in the order they are received,
and the numbers fluctuate dailyI was out shop that week, and my staff was overwhelmed keeping up with everythingI got back Monday, the 18th and got everything back on taskThe comment, the customer about being “hung up on” was not accurateWhen I spoke to my girl, she said she was trying to locate the order, and when she returned to the phone, the customer was goneThe order was filled and shipped on the 19thShe states the order was “urgent” but she never let us know that when the order was placed originally, nor did she select a "quick” shipping methodShe selected "standard shipping” - which is first class mail, and can take up to days to arrive at it’s destinationThe customer was sent an email directly from the shipping service with the shipping informationWe apologize for the “couple day" delay in completing the order, but sometimes things just don’t go according to planI am a small business with limited resources and is doing my best to stay on top of things
