Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: Please see attached items as mentioned in my statement belowAs stated in my original complaint, the work Debco Services was hired for, was not doneWhile I appreciate the quick response to my phone call, it is irrelevant as far as this complaint, and the work Debco was hired for Yes, I did say it smelled like a dead animal, however, Debco was hired to clean all the vents in order to remove ANY item that was causing the odor, not just a dead animal All of the vents were included in this cleaning to ensure the item was removed, and it was notWhen the vent was taken apart, by us, a burned vitamin was there It was easy enough to remove with the gentle tap of a broom handle, and therefore should have been removed without a problem during the cleaning processPlease see the attachments of the burned vitamin in the vent, as well as a size comparison picture
In MrC*** previous email, he states he did not smell anything, however, on the service order, he wrote there is a "musty odor coming from the air duct", which shows he did smell something He included the filter because of the odor he smelled Also included on the service order is a deoderization process, not sanitation In any case, the vents were not deodorized, or sanitized, as the smell still remained Please see attachment of the service orderAs written in my original emails to MrC***, and my complaint through Revdex.com, I am asking for a full refund of device not performedI too, hope this matter can be resolved appropriately, and professionally by MrC*** and Debco ServicesSincerely,

To Whom it may Concern, Hi My husband and I hired Debco services to clean our ducts yesterday, December 11, 2015, due to a terrible odor emitted when the heat was turned on The smell was concentrated to one particular vent After all of the vents were cleaned, and sanitized, the odor still remained It appeared there was nothing in the vents from the pictures taken by Steve, the technician, however that was not the case While we appreciate his suggestions on potential causes of the odor, we ended up taking the vent duct apart Inside, was a gel capsule vitamin, that when heated, broke and created the scent It was stuck to the side of the duct work, no more than 5-feet from the vent register I am writing to discuss reimbursement for the service that was not properly performed Please contact me as soon as possible, to discuss this issueMy phone number is ###-###-####I look forward to hearing from you to resolve this matterSincerely, [redacted] Sent from my iPad

Please see attachment of contractAt around 11-11:15 pm I received a voice message from a previous customer of mine from 2013 [redacted] . In the voice message (that I saved for who ever would like to hear it) miss beers stated that there was a dead animal inside one of her air ducts and that...

she wanted them cleaned again. I called her right away and spoke with her and we made a appointment for the next day on 12/11/2015. When I arrived [redacted] brought me to the area where the smell was coming from and I asked me if I smelt anything? I said no . I also said that more then likey there is no dead animal or mice because I've had to remove dead mice before and I would noticed it right away if that was the case. I asked her if she still would like me to clean the air ducts and she said yes. I wrote up the contract and she signed. I cleaned and sanitized all the air ducts and took a picture down the one that she said that there was a dead animal . There was nothing. I showed her the picture and proceeded with the work. At the end of the job I installed a filter for FREE . To help with any odors or future odors. AS it says in my contract at the bottom where she signed  in the acceptance of work to be performed" results may vary" I cleaned all the ducts in the home spent over 3 hours there and thoroughly checked ,cleaned, and sanitized every air duct and vent. If there was still and odor then the duct would have to be replaced. As iv already responded in the previous emails that I also sent to the Revdex.com to try to resolve this matter I will refund $15.00 for the one vent that she claims I did not clean( even though I have a picture that shows all the way down the duct and clearly shows nothing in there). But to refund for the whole job, time of service, quick response ON SHORT NOTICE/Emergency service call. and confirmed no dead animals  .As I stated in my first response to Miss Beers "No" I will not refund for the whole service.  I hope this matter can get resolved and we can move forward with the New Year . Any other questions feel free to email me.
