Review: Ms. Wilson was unprofessional in her dealings with me. In addition to having an uninterested, unprofessional demeanor, she ruined the funeral program that I emailed to her. She left out spacing between some of the paragraphs, and printed a version of the funeral program that did not match what I asked for. In addition, she did not inform me of my options regarding refrigeration vs. cremation.Desired Settlement: $1000 refund to reflect a waived or discounted fee for professional services and/or a discounted fee for embalming services.
