Had my wallet stolen on the casino floor about $1280. Taken out of it and wallet tossed aside. Upon telling the security staff they were smong and acting unprofessional and when they checked the tapes they told me yea they can see a man looking suspiciously and seeming to do something but they can't be sure. All this while the guy was still in the casino. After calling the cops they reviewed the tapes and clearly saw the wrong but by that time the thief was gone. South point security is entirely unprofessional and there security cameras are not up to regulations.
My first night woke up and was bitten by bedbugs on my back arms and hands. Management was curt, rude and dismissive.
