Review: I was a patient of Dr. Wilson's office and received unnecessary medical testing that was not covered by insurance and I was not informed that it was an investigational 700$ test that would be out of pocket. The test was outside of the standard of care for the issue that I was being seen for, and when I went to the office to have them correct billing issues and help me get a portion of the exam covered by insurance, the office manager was rude, unhelpful, and finally committed to adjusting their previously incorrect billing codes and getting in contact with me that afternoon when it had been adjusted. It has been 3 weeks, and I have received no return calls for the numerous voice messages I've left, and they were previously unresponsive to all voice messages left prior to my showing up in office.Desired Settlement: Dr. Wilson's office should cover the cost of the [redacted] test that was inappropriately performed at the direction of her nurse practitioner.
