Review: The photos that where provided where of very poor quality. We have send 3 emails complaining about this issue and have not had a reply to any of them. We are now to the point we have deleted the product provided and have requested a refund. This also with no replyDesired Settlement: The cost of the photo where $1200 this paid in full. I feel this company has scammed my wife it to spending more than then she had wanted for a very poor product. I have asked them not to contact my wife as talking of the ordeal only upsets her even more.

To begin, the person that filed this complaint was never a client of deBoudoir; his wife was our client, and she was very satisfied with her entire experience. We adhere to a very strict privacy policy, in that we do not discuss our client's business with any person other than our client.
