Debra Govan PHD

Debra Govan (PRE license # LPC [redacted]) was specifically hired as a PRE against me in my custody case in Larimer County, case #[redacted] (it's public knowledge go look it all up). she was sent an admonishment letter on 2/11/2010 by DORA (look that up as well) for lying on her resume and misrepresenting a PhD in Community counseling as a Clinical Counseling degree. On 1/18/2013 she submitted a resume to the Larimer Court (I have the datestamped copy) claiming a PhD in "Counseling-Clinical". Further, on 4/17/2013 she lied under oath in court claiming that resume was hers, and about her degree, claiming "The PhD counseling clinical it says up there, there's actually now a degree called clinical counseling, so I have changed that." For reference, you do not just get to change your degree whenever you see fit because the school you went to changed it. I believe she did a hack job on me, simply to bolster my X's attampts to steal my daughter away from me, resulting in my daughter being taken away, and the PhD I retained per court order felt she did as well, stating "The PRE report isn't worth the paper it's written on." She is currently being investigated again by DORA, and the Larimer County DA's office. My personal advice is to avoid her like the plague.....unless you're simply a reprehensible parasite of an attorney who just wants a paid liar to bolster their case.
