My complaint is not against what my home warranty coversMy complaint is specifically that your company’s diagnosis that was reported to my warranty company was that the reason the shower handle fell of was “NOT due to wear and tear.” In person, your plumber told me that it in fact was due to wear and tear and that the handle was old and had a lot of calcium around itHowever, what your company reported to my warranty company was the oppositeI had two other plumbers come out and both said that the reason the handle fell off was due to wear and tearYour company lied to my home warranty company so you wouldn’t have to spend the time fixing my handleYou got your $service fee for coming out to the house, lied to my home warranty company

We work with many warranty companies and do not write the policies that are provided to their customersAs professionals in this industry we always provide our best diagnosis and strive to always maintain integrity and trustworthiness in doing soWe do not control nor regulate the
service fee and that is basically the call that gets us to the door to either diagnose, fix or replaceWe are happy to help in this situation with whatever needs to be done however the desired outcome does not seem appropriate and is being used more as a threatPlease let us know how we can help but also keep in mind that we do not determine coverage we simply diagnosis

My complaint is not against what my home warranty covers. My complaint is specifically that your company’s diagnosis that was reported to my warranty company was that the reason the shower handle fell of was “NOT due to normal wear and tear.” In person, your plumber told me that it in fact was due to normal wear and tear and that the handle was old and had a lot of calcium around it. However, what your company reported to my warranty company was the opposite. I had two other plumbers come out and both said that the reason the handle fell off was due to normal wear and tear. Your company lied to my home warranty company so you wouldn’t have to spend the time fixing my handle. You got your $75 service fee for coming out to the house, lied to my home warranty company.

We are happy to reimburse the 75.00 service fee however there is no deception or lying that took place regardless of what any other plumber said. When we arrived at the home we performed OUR diagnosis. As a company we strive to always put the customer first and simply tell the warranty company exactly what we see. As a company we are called out to diagnosis and have no impact on determining coverage. As stated in order to resolve this complaint we are happy to reimburse the 75.00 service fee which is all that was paid out of pocket to us.
