East Ridge Transmission and Total Car Care has once again helped us out with another problem we came into their shop with... Over the years we have came back to [redacted] because ERT does great work.. No matter the job or the size of the problem we are having we always leave and its fixed... This time was BIG job.. the whole front end of my husband's work van basiclly needed to be fixed... The job took more than a day to complete but was completed with No more problems... I would recommend this business to anyone needing work done or even to just have an Oil Change done...
On November 17th 2015 at 12:30 pm I brought my 2009 f150 ford pick up to East Ridge Transmission due to what I thought was a vibration in the transmission. They test drove the truck and told me the transmission needed to be replaced at a cost of $5065.91. I told them I would try to make it back to Texas and get the work done.
In Texas I went to two transmission shops and they both said there was nothing wrong with my transmission. Their computers said exhaust valves in the engine were sticking closed. After two tanks of gas with fuel additives everything is running good now.. I had to pay them thirty five dollars to give me an estimate.
