RE: Dispute Resolution Department ID # ***Dear Department Representative, In response to the claim against Debrecht Properties I'd like to submit the following facts. *** *** (claimant) was requesting a security deposit before she had vacated the property. The deposits are set
in place to insure that tenants leave the property in a clean, orderly, and damaged free manner. Any deposit refund would never have been provided before a tenant vacates She has vacated. As of to date I have had no contact with her regarding any forwarding address information. It has been determined that in fact there will be changes against her security deposit due to trash debris left on site that we will have to be haul away and cleaned up. I realize this is a bit late as I was out of town when the notice was delivered. Sincerely, *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: I left April 30th with the rent paidI received a piece of paper on the door telling me the property had been sold and I was required to leaveI did not abandon the home, I sold itI spoke to ***, *** and the owner and provided my new addressNo one indicated any problems at the mobile home. There was no debris left at the home
