Hired Debs cleaning service to do a 'move in' cleaning service on an apartment I was turning over. Besides the terrible job that was done- worst customer service I have ever been exposed to. Had to call them back to come and clean again- cob webs, greasy walls, untouched stairwells, etc... Security cameras showed her cleaners taking alcohol that was left in the house, drinking it while working and throwing the empties into the back of the yard where they thought they would not be seen. Cameras also show workers smoking in an out of the house and actually putting out their cigarettes on the siding of the house. When I called Dawn on it- not only did she not apologize on behalf of her business, she said I would have to show proof for her to believe it and also said that once she drops her workers off on a job she has no control over them and what they do- not her responsibility. Pathetic...
Recently Deb's Cleaning Service was hired to do a move out cleaning in the apartment in my home after an eviction. It appeared to not be done properly so the owner was contacted and she came back herself. The home was still left disgusting. It took my sister and I 2 days to finish the job. A day after her last visit I was in my yard and my young son brought me a lighter asking what it was. I asked him where he found it and began to look around. There were 2 crushed beer cans, a nip and about 15 cigarette butts all over my yard. Confused by where this all came from I went to our security footage and found that it was the cleaner. That is not where it ended. He was smoking in the house and walking in and out. Spitting all over our deck. Put one of his cigarettes out on our siding. Broke a window screen and just left it. Threw 2 beer cans, a lighter and a nip off our back deck into our yard full of kids toys. Then for all this she still wanted over $400. Disgusting!!!
I see 2 negative reviews here for DEB'S Cleaning and as a long time client of DEB'S, I feel the need to speak up. The similarity of the 2 supposed events is remarkable, almost as if one copied the other to spread a "bad word" because of one disgruntled customer.
DEB'S Cleaning has done numerous jobs for me, both commercial and construction, since first meeting the owner Dawn 8 years ago. I work for a General Contractor and DEB'S has performed post-construction cleaning on several projects, including many new CVS stores, which includes not only a thorough cleaning before CVS moves in, but also a final cleaning the day before the store opens, no small task given the amount of mess generated stocking a new store. Her attention to detail has always been second to none. As an example, most cleaners don't think to wipe the tops of doors, or the 1 inch space between the wall and toilet tank. Dawn does. DEBS has also performed cleaning for me on a few commercial spaces related to ongoing construction projects, two of which she was retained by the owners to provide weekly cleaning services still to this date. Furthermore, her employees are always courteous and professional, both in mannerism and appearance.
I have never had a bad experience from DEB'S and will continue to use her services and can honestly recommend Dawn to anyone looking for a hardworking, conscientious, professional cleaning service.
