We had the very worst experience ever with Henderson Kia. We were told things, and then was presented with a fast talker that would not listen to what we wanted or could afford. The salesman and the loan person convinced us to do a lease. We kept saying no and that we would prefer a less expensive car. The salesman would not even show us another car. We should have walked out but my husband had made a mistake and purchased a car there without me. The general manager told me we could trade the car in for the same we paid for it. When the transaction was concluded and without us really going over every detail while trusting these people, we ended up with a lease and paying 2x the original price of the car. I was asked to drive 200 miles to have the car clear coated. Got there and was told it has already been done. While there I asked to have a scratch removed. I heard the body man tell the salesman cost $100, cash. The salesman then tells me that it will be $150.00 car and he would the bank

It was a misunderstanding and we have tried to explain to Ms. [redacted]. There was several witness that day who could also explain what happened. 
However, we accepted her desired settlement which is a full refund of the fee. We refunded the fee in certified mail.

  Ok, I think they was misunderstanding me. They talked with some parents, not with someone who was working in here and also we refunded the money to them. We do not make it a hard time to make payments. It was during the classes probably and the parents couldn't hear me well so I used my voice up.
