I`ve worked at Debt Advisors for the past two years my paychecks come from ADP (The largest payroll company in the world),they are direct deposited into my bank account every week. I love this job.This isn't a large corporation were you get lost in the shuffle. We have a friendly and supportive work environment from top to bottom, owners to management, everyone is on a first name basis.and we are treated like family here. Free Lunch comes often at this place!
I was very skeptical of this program because it seemed too good to be true. I am happy to say that I have completed the program and all of my debt has been removed from my credit history. I no longer have high monthly payments and my debt is gone!

I'll admit I was a little skeptical after being called by different companies before working with them. But after checking out the other companies that they work with and how they help people out with debt and credit, was just hoping they could help me. Customer service is nice and my enrollment specialist was very helpful. So in all I'm happy I went with them. Have 7 more months to go but so far so good.

This is not the place you want to call for debt relief. They employ many felons and people facing jail time with open cases. These are not the people who you want to be giving your social security number to. Also, they are very "rinky-dink", they pay their employees with handwritten checks, that sometimes cash and sometimes don't. I was an employee there for 3 short weeks, the atrocities I witnessed were almost unbelievable. I quit because I don't want any part of what's going on there. When I attempted to pick up my last check, I was assaulted in the parking lot by two "women" who work there, felons, both currently on probation and/or parole. Don't give these people your social security number, they are 30 criminals in a small suite in the bad part of Phoenix. God only knows what they are really doing with your social security numbers. You can call Citadel Documnent Solutions (who Debt Advisors signs you up with) directly, they are a reputable business in San Diego, California. Debt Advisors is the ONLY financial services company that doesn't require a drug screen and background check for their employees, they do not shred documents, and half the office is in AA or on probation. I should have known then that DEBT ADVISORS is shady.
This company is marketing their product using robo-calls and ignoring the national DO NOT CALL REGISTRY(DNCR). I sent a letter of complaint to them. They responded by saying that following receipt of my letter that they did a search of the DNCR, and "did turn up your telephone number." But beyond that, they basically said that they don't care. They have made placed 4 robo-calls to my number & sent me email at my request to document the calls. I NEVER asked them to call or gave them permission to do so either.
At 12:38 AM on August 23, 2019 Mr. *** opted into a credit card relief offer. Consequently, our outbound telemarketing representative gave Mr. a call. He proceeded to act interested in our program and asked for a followup call the next day. Our representative reached out to him once more and that is when Mr. notified us that we have violated the National Do Not Call Registry. I assure you we abide by all laws including the National Do Not Call Registry. Furthermore, we are licensed and bonded. We then received a letter from *** attempting to extort money from us for actions that were not true. We explained to him that he opted in the debt relief offer and that is how we received his information. Because we did not send a hefty check he proceeded to go to Facebook as well as the Revdex.com and bad mouth or company. Attached is his opt in file including his IP address and all information given through the website from Mr. himself. I went into this program somewhat reluctant. I just completed it after 2 years and I can honestly say my situation is exactly how they said it would be. I turned over almost 16,000 in debt. It’s all gone and my credit score now is a 742. The one thing I didn’t like was the phone calls I got from my creditors but my rep kept reassuring me it was part of the process. Thank you to Citadel and Debt Advisors I now have my new financial fresh start!
