In response to the complaint by [redacted] submitted on 2/2/and assigned an ID of [redacted] Ms [redacted] entered into an agreement on June 18, with Debt Free Angels for our debt management program to pay off her $39k which was required to keep her security clearance a requirement of her job Ms [redacted] only paid into the debt management program consistently twice a month for only the first two months while her security clearance was reinstated Once Ms [redacted] had her security clearance in place for the next months of the payments were NSF Ms [redacted] ultimately dropped out of the program after we had saved her more than $of debt on two different accounts over the next five monthsMs [redacted] claimed that we didn’t do anything for her which is untrue It is also untrue that a $9k debt was over years old Debt Free Angels does not enroll debts over years oldThere were actually two different debts both of which were discharged by the creditor at 100% by the creditor Enclosed are copies of the Creditor discharging the $9k after receiving our settlement offer and Ms [redacted] agreeing via email to the settlement of a 100% discount Her accusations are unfounded and show poor character Her refund request is denied.Ms [redacted] is simply trying to receive services for free and used Debt Free Angels in a fraudulent manner to keep a security clearance in place and had no intention on resolving her debt with her creditors We are alerting her Security Officer at this time to have her security clearance pulled Sincerely, [redacted] President of Debt Free Angels

I am rejecting this response because: I received confirmation from the credit that the debt wasn't on my reportI made numerous attempts to contact the company and no response That debt was the only one the said they settled, no other debt agency on my report was contacted according to the agency There response time to this complaint was way after the alloted time frame so how r the even trying to dispute the matter when the business as a whole shows no professionalismI would have never went the the Revdex.com if 5hey would have responded to my emails or phone calls.

her job.  Ms. [redacted] only paid into the debt management program consistently twice a month for only the first two months while her security clearance was reinstated.  Once Ms. [redacted] had her security clearance in place for the next 4 months 5 of the 8 payments were NSF.  Ms. [redacted] ultimately dropped out of the program after we had saved her more than $9134 of debt on two different accounts over the next five months. Ms. [redacted] claimed that we didn’t do anything for her which is untrue.   It is also untrue that a $9k debt was over 7 years old.  Debt Free Angels does not enroll debts over 7 years old. There were actually two different debts both of which were discharged by the creditor at 100% by the creditor.  Enclosed are copies of the Creditor discharging the $9k after receiving our settlement offer and Ms. [redacted] agreeing via email to the settlement of a 100% discount.  Her accusations are unfounded and show poor character.  Her refund request is denied.Ms. [redacted] is simply trying to receive services for free and used Debt Free Angels in a fraudulent manner to keep a security clearance in place and had no intention on resolving her debt with her creditors.  We are alerting her Security Officer at this time to have her security clearance pulled.  Sincerely,[redacted]President of Debt Free Angels
