I have been working with this company since July 2013. It has been a really bad experience. I have not gotten good customer service. I first worked with [redacted] who was nice but screwed everything up. I did like she said and opened a new account. Then she put the information for my old account on the paperwork so they drafted from the wrong account. They require drafting the payments from your account and then they pay creditors. Things were eventually resolved and were drafting fine. Then the draft date was changed without my knowing to biweekly rather than 15th and last day of the month which was my pay cycle from the beginning. When there is an error you can call for days and never hear back from someone. I finally reached a [redacted] who had a northern accent and was great. I called back a week later and she was gone. I believe almost everyone I have worked with has left. The drafting caused fees on my account which after repeated emails and calls they finally reconciled. I am suppose to be at the end of my contract yet I get a rushed call from someone stating I need to call them back asap. I returned the call and could not reach them but spoke with [redacted]. She is quick whipped and unsympathetic. I told her the experience had been a nightmare due to several errors. She tells me how she works in back office and negotiates for everybody and does not deal with customers. She never apologizes on behalf of her coworkers or for my bad experience. She reassures me that I am doing well in the program and doing my part so I should just be happy. Basically as long as you are getting the results no matter how bad your experience just deal with it and be happy. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! Additionally, I find out that the reason they called me and left a panic voicemail was because they had the wrong person. There was another client with my same last name that had NSF's so they are kicking them out of the program. So yet another error for even calling me. Again her response was you seem to only look at the negative. NO I cringe when I get a call from your company or when I have to deal with someone because of your attitude and the consistent errors. Then you lecture me on not appreciating your help and just being happy with the results no matter how bad the service is. Thanks [redacted]. I never send reviews but I had to because the customer service is so lacking. Additionally, I told [redacted] I wanted to speak with management and I am going to write a reveiw. Her response was just ok. I should just be happy with the results. So it's like if you go to a restaurant and get your food be happy. It does not matter how the service is or how it is delivered just be happy with the end result. That is not good customer service and they should be ashamed of themselves. I understand that the clients have gotten themselves in a pickle but they should not be treated like second hand citizens for trying to right their wrongs.
