Paid for services to assist with getting Student loans consolidated. Never happened!
From September 2017 to February 2018, I paid this company $939.48 for services I never received. I was promised actions that would be taken on my behalf to stop my garnishment and to rehab my student loans. Throughout the process I advised several people that this was a financial hardship on me to start this process but knew it needed to be done so that I can get the loans under control. In good faith, I believed this company would give me the relief I needed but it didn't. Not only did they not stop the existing garnishment, my other loan also went in to garnishment. I requested a refund since there was nothing produced to show work was done on my behalf. I called the number thay I called several times and it was disconnected. I sent an email to *** ( the person I have emailed several times) and it was returned undeliverable.

I paid DHG *** and they agreed to a contract to help settle my student loans, and now they have completely dropped off the map.
My account #XXXXX was being held with "Payment Automation Network". They were processing my automatic payment of $39.00 on the 10th of each month. I received an email the other day saying that The Debt Help Group had cancelled their services with Payment Automation Network. I have left several messages on the DHG's "temporary" phone line XXX-XXX-XXXX and no one has gotten back to me. Every other phone line and contact I had has disappeared, and I'd like to know what happened to the *** that I paid to these people to initiate this agreement.
