Review: In September of 2012 we were contacted by Debt Life Solutions offering to lower our mortgage and consolidate our c.c. bills. We agreed to their services where a monthly payment of $2800 would be put in trust with a third party. It would take roughly 4-6 months for DLS to renegotiate our loans. They would then use the funds in trust to pay the mortgage and credit card companies. In February of 2013 the money from our account was removed and DLS basically disappeared. I filed a Revdex.com complaint, contacted the local authorities, and filed a complaint with the New York State Attorney's office. The complaint is in the hands of the Federal Trade Commission. When I contacted the NY State Attorney they had heard of this company and had the address but did nothing! The address listed is a mail drop or non-existent suite. Several "scam" companies use this same address. The result of what DSL did was to destroy our credit and to put our home in pre-foreclosure!Desired Settlement: I want the $13,000 they took from us. If I could find them I would sue them for the damage they have done to our credit scores and to our lives.

Review: I used this company to modify my mortgage. I have tried to contact them via phone, e-mail & certified return receipt mailed letters. I contacted the Revdex.com a month ago re: this matter which your company was unable to contact them & requested I do what was mentioned above. I called this company again on 5/16/13 & the number was no longer in service. I had given this company over $9,000 over a 5 month period & now cannot find out where my money has gone. My mortgage company claimed the were not aware of a third party trying to help with my modification. I am at a loss as to what to do. I am now in default with my morgage company. They want the whole amount owed to them but I don't just have $9,000 just sitting around. Please help!Desired Settlement: I would like the money I had given them which was $1530.00 for 5 months back so I can get my morgage straightened out. I dont want to lose my home because of a choice using a bad company like debt life solutions. Please help me in anyway so I dont lose my home. Thank you so very much.
