Was spoken to very rudely today, surprisingly by this company's manger, or so he told me, *** ***Inquired about canceling, was rushed off the phone and told I would receive a cancellation emailNever received one, called back several times, leaving messages and not receiving a call backJust decided to see if responding "cancel" to a previous email would cancel it out but wasn't sureAfter calling back later on that day, he finally answers and was speaking to me in a very condescending tone saying, "You're done", "You are the one with the payday loans and don't want our help because of our small fees." I asked me a email confirming my cancellation but was refusedI asked to speak to the manger or a supervisor and he said, "I'm the superiorI don't know what more you wantYou don't want our help so You're done." I was applaud at the lack professionalism from a so-called "Manager"

I was researching companies that could assist me in managing my debt online. I was contacted by a service representative name [redacted]. This individual gave off a bad vibe from the beginning of the conversation. After listening to how the debt management program operates, [redacted] insisted I sign up right away. When I hesitated and wanted more time to check the company out and to be sure this wasn't a scam. Mr. [redacted] became sarcastic and nasty and informed me that when I was serious about getting rid of my debt then I should contact them again. I found that to be very rude and unprofessional and if someone like that works for a company then I definitely would not be entrusting them to assist with my debt needs. Whatever, happened to customer service and just being compassionate.
