agreements between the consumers and the businesses. DPG does not market, offer or provide any "debt management" services of any kind, including the type referenced in Ms. [redacted]'s complaint. In addition, DPG made no representations of any kind to Ms. [redacted], other than it agreed to perform the merchant processing services outlined in the Custodial Account Agreement she signed August 17th 2016.In accordance with Ms. [redacted]'s written authorization pursuant to the Custodial Account Agreement, and the agreement she signed on August 17th 2016 with the "debt management" company, DPG debited her designated bank account.Although these transactions were expressly authorized by Ms. [redacted] in her signed agreements, it appears Ms. [redacted] was dissatisfied with the "debt management" company which is a completely separate entity from DPG. Oftentimes DPG is confused as the "debt management" company, which it is not. We trust this should resolve any concerns Ms. [redacted] may have in connection to DPG directly.

Ms. [redacted], rI have reviewed your account in our system and have found that we did a poor job in handling your account closure and refund request. We have a policy in place that should haveesulted in you receiving your refund within three days of accepting your Account Closure forms...

but it was not handled properly. I'm extremely sorry for the inconvenience and stress that this process caused you. We are in the business of attempting to help people in debt settlement programs by allowing them to maintain control over their own funds in what is already a stressful situation and to actually make it harder on you is inexcusable.  I have entered a refund of any fees that we have charged you over the course of your enrollment with our company as well as any balance that was left in your account. I do have your contact information and would like to contact you to personally apologize for this error. Sincerely,[redacted]
