I have been using Debt Pay Pro for almost 6 years now, for three different businesses. I have to say they are probably the best CRM company around (and I say this out of experience). To begin with, their customer support is out of this world. What do I mean by this? Basically, any time you call, there is someone there to answer, WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING!
The most annoying aspect about other CRM companies are that you can never get through to their support, let alone, get through to someone who knows what they are doing.
Another aspect that is great, is the customization user interface. Whether, you are doing debt settlement, credit repair, or even loans and mortgages, you can customize their platform to suit your needs. They will work with you to get your company to where it needs to be.
Some other cool functions that I use include:
1) electronic signature
2) integrated with almost all merchants
3) schedule emailing campaigns
4) creating customized workflows
5) easy integration with phone systems
6) easy lead assignment and role management
7) reports (accounting, agent production, etc).
8) pretty much anything you can think of they do
Again I cannot stress enough how reliable their customer support team is. If you are looking for an all in one system, that can pretty much handle your whole call center operation, they are a must!
