I am rejecting this response because: I just received  a response from the credit card company regarding this complaint and I am rejecting their reply to my complaint. The reason for that is I still feel that it was not a service that I used at any time or wanted to use at any time.  I had discussed this with the representative this afternoon as I did not agree with their denial and she indicated that this is probably because the account was opened with a different bank in 2007 and was transferred over to their bank Citibank in 2013. I still am requesting a full refund of all the protection services because I still feel that it was not a service that I wanted or ever used.  About 85% of my balance is those fees for a service I never wanted.Please help me in getting this settled at your earliest convenience.Regards,
