We hired Debt Resolution Services in February They are horribleWe paid $1,over the course of monthsOnce we quit paying, they quit workingAnytime we needed to know what to do next, we had to contact MrPHe rarely returned our phone callsWhen he did, he was rude and said he was out of the office, or in a meetingHe did not take anything off of our creditOur scores only went up because our on time payments were more then our late paymentsWe did everything that was asked of us and got nothing but extremely poor customer service
I hired Debt Resolution Services to handle all of my outstanding credit litigation issuesDid not negotiate any accounts and kept my money
I hired Debt Resolution Services (DRS) to negotiate debt settlements for accounts on my behalfThey charged me upfront and then did not help with litigation at allWhen I filled out the agreement there was a stipulation of a day cancellation of services policy that stated I could cancel within days for a full refundI signed the agreement Sept 9th and submitted the cancellation request form Sept 12th and have never heard back from themI tried calling and no answerEmailed with no return emailAs of right now the company has charged me almost a thousand dollars and not delivered on the all promised services
Please beware of this company! Big Promises and NO results!! I hired them to help with a credit card debt and AJ talked about the "worst case scenario would be I would have to pay 40% of the debt owed and it would be settled and I would not have to appear in courtI followed everything as instructed, sent off all paperwork on time, had to appear and lost the case and now owe $more!!! with absolutely NO help what so ever!!! but I did get a $break in the fee because I paid upfront in cash!

Pto handle some matters for meAt first he seemed to do proper workBut after total fee was paid would not return my calls to discuss the status of the accounts with him and fill him in on current communications with the businesses and get feedback which was much neededI would call and leave messages with Lisa the one who would answer the phone but the call would never be returnedWhen I would ask her if she gave him the message when I would call back seeing my call and calls were not being returned she would say, I put the messages on his deskI would try numerous calls to his cell phone because he had previously mentioned to me he wouldn't get his cell phone calls when he was out due to Verizons terrible serviceMy account with Debt Resolution Services is paid in full and there is no excuse to not return my calls and do the work paid for including having communication with me concerning matters they were hired to work onAfter waiting some time for a return call and not receiving one I called the office and Lisa told me A.Jwas on another call so he couldn't talk to meI told her I just had a quick question and I would hold for him until he finished the other callIt took some time and then he picked up and started loudly yelling at me"I am not going to answer any questions for you, Don't call me back and slammed the phone down"! Later that day I called his cell phone and told him I expected him to do the work he was fully paid for and requested a call backHaven't to this day received a call backI then looked into him and his companies past and present Both in North Port,Florida and Port Charlette,Florida (which I certainly should have done before and didn't) and saw all the negative reviews and the complaints against him and themDoug HVP and another girl that was answering phones seemed to have left the company due to the business practices of Anthony "A.J" PCertainly not a business to get involved in as a client or member of staffThat should answer any questions about whether to hire them for anything or become a member of its staff

Mr A.J.Pthe name he is going by now took $for full payment to handle some debt resolution servicesAfter sending me some paperwork by email he now will not take or return my callsI waited on hold while he was on another call I was told by his office worker Lisa and he finally came on the phone and screamed at me to not call him again and don't expect a call backI called back and left a message for him to call me and do the work I paid him to do and haven't heard back from him.That was about months agoAfter I looked into MrPI found out he has a history of bad business dealings under different names,phone numbers and addressesI need to get a full refund seeing the work agreed upon wasn't done and he can't be certainyl can't be trusted to do the work he agreed to do as far as contacting and mediating with creditors
I have been very pleased with the personal services I have received thus far from Debt Resolution Services. They have been helping me since early May 2016 and I have no complaints whatsoever. My emails and phone calls are always promptly returned. And their expertise cannot be beat! AJ and his staff really know their stuff! They have provided me with excellent service, and I highly recommend them! In fact, I have referred many of my friends and classmates!

A complete disaster. Many promises made but not realized. Avoid this company at all costs.
